Before 10am on day of departure
8am - 6pm 7 days a week. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements.
Deposit & Payments
A deposit is required for online bookings only to confirm each cabin/site and group reservation. A minimum payment equal to the first nights accommodation is required to secure your reservation. The balance of the account is required upon arrival or during peak periods may be requested prior to arrival. You will be emailed a confirmation letter. For direct bookings, credit card details will be required to secure your booking and a credit card authorization equal to the first nights accommodation will be made against the credit card, however payment is not required until check in. During peak periods, full payment maybe requested to secure a booking. It is advised that accounts be settled by cash or by using EFTPOS, Cheque or Savings accounts as a 2% surcharge will be applied to all settlement of accounts by Credit Cards.
Changes & Cancellations
For a full refund, cancellation must be made a full 48 hours prior to the Dalrymple Tourist Van Park check in time (2 pm if not specified) on the day of check in. For example, if check in is on Friday, cancellation must be made prior to 2 pm on Wednesday of that week. If guests cancel less than 48 hours before check in, the first night is non-refundable and will be charged. During heavy booking periods, no refund will be given unless the accommodation can be resold. Where a change or cancellation is necessary all concerns will be dealt with fairly and on a personal level by Park management.
Being a pet friendly Park we welcome tourists with pets for short periods of time. To make sure ALL of our guests have an enjoyable stay, we do have some rules which must be adhered to. Please see Pet Policy Terms in Full
You need to know
Bunk Beds: Please note: where bunk beds are used, we advise that bunk beds can be dangerous for children under 12 years of age and we ask that Parents & Carers take extreme care if using a top bunk bed. It is the parent/carers responsiblity to ensure that children do not use the bunk beds as play equipment.
