• Sites: From 11:00 am

• Cabins/Units: From 2:00 pm

• Check-out: Before 10:00 am

• Reception Hours

• 9:00 am – 5:00 pm daily

• After-hours arrivals must be pre-arranged

• Late check-in fees may apply

• Deposits & Payments

• Deposit = first night’s stay

• Balance charged 7 days prior to arrival

• Peak periods: full payment at booking

• Cancellation Policy

• Standard Periods

• >14 days:

• Refund less $25 admin fee

• OR full credit (12 months, no fee)

• 7–14 days:

• Deposit forfeited

• <7 days / No Show:

• 100% non-refundable

• Peak Periods (June–September, School Holidays, Events)

• >30 days:

• Refund less $25 fee OR credit

• 14–30 days:

• 50% forfeited

• <14 days:

• 100% non-refundable

• Changes

• One date change permitted if:

• Requested >14 days prior

• Within same rate period

• Credits

• Valid 12 months

• Non-refundable

• Must be used in one booking

• No Refunds Apply For

• Early departures

• Weather conditions

• Travel disruptions (including fuel costs)

• Pets

• Pet-friendly park (conditions apply)

• Pet-friendly cabins must be booked directly

• Bedding Configuration

• 2 guests = one bed (twin share)

• Separate beds incur additional charge

• General Conditions

• All cancellations must be made via email

• Cancellation date = date received

• Management reserves the right to enforce all policies
