  • Reception hours

    9 am -5 pm 7 days a week. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. A late check-in fee may be applicable.

  • Deposit & Payments

    A deposit equal to the first night's stay is required to confirm a reservation.  The balance if any to be paid at the time of check-in. During peak periods full payment may be required at the time of booking. You will be emailed a confirmation letter which should be checked to ensure we have the correct reservation details.

  • Changes & Cancellations

    For a full refund, cancellation must be made by 2 pm a full seven days prior to the day of check-in by EMAIL ONLY. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancellation must be made prior to 2 pm on the previous Friday.  All cancellations less than seven days before check-in, will not qualify for a refund. Where a change or cancellation is necessary all concerns will be dealt with fairly and on a personal level by Park management.

  • Important note re COVID-19. Please be aware of the current risk of travel restrictions being imposed due to COVID-19, which may not be covered by travel insurance. If you are unable to travel due solely to mandatory travel restrictions and/or lock-downs, we will assist you with moving your booking within 12 months of cancellation. If you instead request a full cancellation, booking funds will be refunded less a $20 administration charge.

  • Pets

    Being a pet-friendly Park we welcome tourists with pets.  To make sure ALL of our guests have an enjoyable stay, we do have some rules which must be adhered to. Please see Pet Policy Terms in Full.

  • You need to know

    Bunk Beds: Please note: where bunk beds are used, we advise that bunk beds can be dangerous for children under 12 years of age and we ask that Parents & Carers take extreme care if using a top bunk bed.  It is the parent/carers' responsibility to ensure that children do not use the bunk beds as play equipment.
